We started out in late '89 as a five piece,which only lasted for one gig, carried on as a four piece unit and continued to do loads of gigs,benefits etc with bands such as Hiatus, Concrete Sox, Scraps, Active Minds, Mushroom Attack ,... though in '93 we called it a day due to musical differences .Years later we got contacted to compile an album's worth of old material,  (The Complete Workz LP) and now  we got asked to do it all over again with a cd release (which you can get through this site or our bandcamp page) Funny enough there seems to be a renewed interest in the band which we find flattering yet strange considering the fact that we haven't done anything new in over two decades and there will be no reunion whatsoever though we still feel strongly about the positive times we shared together as Private Jesus Detector!!!Thanks to everyone involved back then and now ,you know who you are,we sure do...
